General information and rules of stay

1. Definitions:
   1. “Relaxation Time” Facility: a complex of seven holiday homes, each with an area of about 43 m2, consisting of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, mezzanine, bathroom, and terrace. The property is located on a 5,500 m2 plot, surrounded by a wooden fence with two entrance gates and gateways leading to the beach road and the forest. Available to guests on the property is a sauna with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a meeting place with a fireplace that can serve as both a grill and a bonfire, hammocks, and parking for about 15 cars.
   2. Guests: People using rental services and staying at the “Relaxation Time” facility.
   3. Person Booking: An adult making a reservation.
   4. Lessor: Grzegorz Taraszkiewicz-Sirocki running a business under the name HFI Solutions Grzegorz Taraszkiewicz-Sirocki, based in Warsaw (01-934), Perseusza 31 street, NIP 1180396683, owner of the “Relaxation Time” holiday facility.
2. The Lessor undertakes to make the cottages and other parts of the facility available to the guests in a technical and hygienic condition that leaves no doubt and consistent with the description on the website www.porarelaksu.pl.
3. Guests and individuals making reservations at the “Pora Relaksu” recreational facility are obliged to adhere to these regulations and maintain order on the premises.
4. Making a reservation is equivalent to accepting the terms and conditions of the “Pora Relaksu” facility’s regulations.
5. Reservations for cottages at the “Pora Relaksu” facility can be made online on the website www.porarelaksu.pl or through booking portals where the offer for this property is available.
6. Detailed reservation, payment, cancellation, and complaint procedures are specified in a separate section of this Regulation.
7. The person making the reservation and the guest presenting an identification document at check-in consent to the processing of personal data for purposes related to the reservation and customer service. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the “Pora Relaksu” Privacy Policy.
8. Check-in begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival, while check-out ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. In case of a planned earlier arrival or later departure, prior consent from the landlord is required.
9. For the comfort and safety of all guests, the landlord generally does not accept animals on the property. In exceptional cases, arrangements can be made in this regard.
10. Upon check-in, guests are required to present at least one identification document for verification.
11. At the beginning and end of the stay, an inventory is conducted and the condition of the rooms is checked. Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items in the equipment. In the event of damage caused by the guest, the guest is obliged to cover its full value.
12. On the day of arrival, a refundable deposit of 500 PLN is required, which may be withheld in case of any damages caused.
13. Guests can use the Quiet Beach on the Białe Lake, where there is an unguarded swimming area. The condition for using the beach is to wear an appropriate wristband, which the guest will receive upon arrival. Access to the beach is unlimited and free for guests of Pora Relaksu. The landlord is not responsible for any unforeseen events and the safety of guests staying on the beach provided by the landlord.
14. Using the available attractions, such as the bonfire and sauna, should be in accordance with their intended purpose and instructions. In case of any issues or malfunctions, guests are obliged to report them immediately.
15. The sauna is available from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Using the sauna requires prior notification. We will make every effort to keep the sauna fully operational whenever possible. In exceptional cases, we ask you to prepare it on your own (this mainly involves cleaning the stove and lighting the wood). Using the sauna requires silence, respecting the comfort of other users, and the use of towels. The sauna should only be heated with hardwood placed next to the sauna. Heating the sauna to a temperature of around 70-80 degrees takes about an hour.
16. Bonfires and barbecuing are only allowed in designated areas. It is prohibited to light a grill on the cabin terraces.
17. Guests are obliged to park their vehicles exclusively in the designated spots in the facility’s parking lot.
18. The parking lot is not guarded, and the Landlord assumes no responsibility for any damages, thefts, or other unforeseen events that occur on its premises.
19. Guests have the opportunity to use mailboxes assigned to each cabin, which are locked with a code. The mailboxes are located on the property’s fence. They can be used by guests to receive mail or as lockers (e.g., for cabin keys). The Landlord is not responsible for items left by guests in the mailboxes. Guests are kindly asked not to change the codes to the mailboxes.
20. Guests are obliged to segregate waste according to the available bins in the cabins and the bins located at the exit gate of the property. Bins in the cabins (under the sink) are marked with appropriate colors, and the bins at the exit gate are entirely in corresponding colors. Black indicates mixed waste, yellow – plastics and metals, blue – paper, green – glass, and brown – organic waste.
21. Smoking cigarettes and using intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited in the cabins and on the premises of “Pora Relaksu”. Violation of this ban is subject to a fine of 500 PLN each time.
22. Guests are required to adhere to the prohibition of disposing of non-dissolvable items, such as wet wipes or diapers, into the toilet. Breaching this prohibition can lead to sewage pump malfunctions and may require covering the cost of repairs.
23. In the event of exceeding the declared number of guests in the cottage, the Landlord reserves the right to refuse acceptance of additional persons or to charge a fee for each additional person.
24. Organizing events that disturb the peace of other guests of the facility, especially bachelor and bachelorette parties, is prohibited.
25. Guests are obliged to follow the fire safety instructions, which are placed in the cabins. There is a fire extinguisher in each cabin.
26. Due to the floors made of rather soft wood, guests are obliged to avoid walking in the cabins in shoes that can cause dents or scratches (especially in heels, with metal-clad soles).
27. Children and minors can stay on the property only under the supervision of legal guardians, who bear full responsibility for them.
28. The “Pora Relaksu” property is monitored by cameras for security purposes.
29. Wireless Internet is available on the property. Guests are obliged to use it in accordance with applicable standards.
30. Using electrical devices beyond the standard equipment of the property requires the consent of the Landlord.
31. Guests are obliged to lock the doors with a key when leaving the cabin. The Landlord is not responsible for items left inside.
32. Quiet hours apply on the property from 23:00 to 07:00.
33. In justified cases related to the threat to life or health, the Landlord or a person authorized by him has the right to enter the cabin.
34. Guests of the cabin receive one key. In case of its loss, the Landlord has the right to charge an additional fee of 100 zł.
35. It is forbidden to fry dishes in the cabins that leave a strong, non-ventilating odor. In particular, it is forbidden to fry fish in the cabins. If, after the guests’ stay, a persistent unpleasant odor is found, the Booking Person may be charged for cabin deodorization costs.
36. The Landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental in case of a breach of the Regulations, applicable law, or social and moral norms by the Guest.
37. The Landlord is not responsible for any force majeure events, in particular for accidents and thefts that may happen to Guests on the Pora Relaksu property.
38. The Landlord is not responsible for temporary interruptions in the supply of electricity, water, or the Internet, unless they occurred due to the Landlord’s fault.
39. No part of the publication presented on the website www.porarelaksu.pl may be disseminated or duplicated for commercial purposes in any form and in any way without the prior consent of the Landlord.

Booking / Payment / Cancellation / Complaints Rules

Booking up to 7 days before the planned stay at Pora Relaksu:

1. In this mode, you can make a preliminary reservation of cabins. It can be done only up to 7 days before the planned first day of stay. You can do it online on the website www.porarelaksu.pl or through booking portals where the Pora Relaksu offer is located.
2. Making a preliminary reservation is equivalent to accepting the terms of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy of Pora Relaksu.
3. A reservation is considered confirmed after making a non-refundable deposit payment, i.e., crediting the Lessor’s bank account with an amount constituting 30% of the total price for the stay in accordance with the current price list found in the reservation system on the website www.porarelaksu.pl or on other booking portals where the Pora Relaksu offer is located.
4. The deposit mentioned above is non-refundable. This means that after making its payment, the Booking Person has no right to its return.
5. Lack of deposit payment within 3 working days from the date of making the preliminary reservation results in the cancellation of the reservation.
6. The remaining amount, i.e., the remaining 70% of the total price for the stay, is payable online up to 7 days before the first day of the planned stay.
7. Failure to credit the remaining amount to the Lessor’s bank account within the above-mentioned period results in the cancellation of the reservation.

Booking less than 7 days before the planned stay at Pora Relaksu:

1. In this case, you can also only make cabin reservations online on the website www.porarelaksu.pl or through booking portals where the Pora Relaksu offer is located.
2. Making a reservation in this mode is also equivalent to accepting the terms of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy of Pora Relaksu.
3. A reservation in this mode is considered confirmed after making an online payment for the entire stay, i.e., crediting the Lessor’s bank account with an amount constituting 100% of the total price for the stay in accordance with the current price list found in the reservation system on the website www.porarelaksu.pl or on other booking portals where the Pora Relaksu offer is located.

Cancellation/Complaints:

1. The Booking Person, as a Client, has the possibility to cancel the booked reservation.
2. Cancellation is considered made at the time of its notification or in the case of failure to make the full payment for the stay, i.e., if the full amount for the stay is not credited to the Lessor’s account within 7 days before the first planned day of the stay in the cabin.
3. In case of cancellation notification later than 7 days before the planned first day of the stay, non-arrival on the planned date despite making a reservation and appropriate payments, or in the case of shortening the stay by Guests, the Booking Person has no right to a refund of part or all of the payments made.
4. In case of cancellation notification earlier than 7 days before the planned first day of the stay, any additional payments exceeding the deposit amount will be refunded to the Lessor’s account.
5. Payments resulting from reservations on the website www.porarelaksu.pl are made through the Przelewy24 service.
6. We issue VAT invoices for the provided services. If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please report it when making a reservation.
7. Details of the reservation and payment are also sent by email to the booking person.
8. The Booking Person or Guests of Pora Relaksu have the right to make complaints.
9. Complaints can be made during the reservation process (in case of identifying errors/mistakes that occurred during the reservation process), on the day of arrival, or during the stay.
10. Complaints should be reported by phone, email, or in person. They will be considered within 7 working days from the day of notification.

Privacy Policy – Pora Relaksu

Personal data of Guests or the booking person is processed solely for the purpose of facilitating the booking or complaint process, or for examining violations of the Pora Relaksu regulations or applicable laws.

The information provided during the booking or check-in process is protected in accordance with GDPR regulations. Therefore, we inform that:

1. We process the following personal data of Customers: First and last name, Residential address, Phone number, Email address, details required for issuing a VAT invoice, and payment card data (if payment is made by card).
2. The administrator of personal data obtained during the booking process is HFI Solutions Grzegorz Taraszkiewicz-Sirocki (address: ul Perseusza 31, 01-934 Warszawa, NIP 1180396683, REGON 146704682).
3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the booking or check-in process.
4. The booking person has the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict their data processing.
5. The data administrator ensures the protection of the data of the booking person or Guests, not sharing it with third parties.
6. The administrator has the right to transfer personal data to authorized entities.
7. On the website www.porarelaksu.pl, there may be links to other websites. Such websites operate independently from www.porarelaksu.pl and are not in any way supervised by the administrator of www.porarelaksu.pl. These websites may have their own privacy policies and terms, which we recommend getting acquainted with.
8. The administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, which can be influenced by the development of internet technology, potential changes in data protection law, and the development of our online service. We will inform about any changes in a visible and comprehensible manner.
